His lips curved up at my revelation. Even if he doesn't say it, I know seeing him with Annie affects me. I don't know why it bothers me so much, though. "Alright then," I answered. I hesitated for a moment before turning to leave.

"And where are you going?" He asked.

"I'm going back to my room, of course."

I caught sight of his lips curving up more. "Sit," he ordered, then leaned his body on his desk. I was confused but sat down.

"I'm going to ask you a few questions, and I want you to give me an honest answer." He hadn't started his question yet, but nervousness was moving slowly inside me.

"What relationship do you have with Dominic?"

"Dominic?" I found myself repeating. Why would I get involved with someone I didn't know until he took me along to the yacht? "I don't have any relationship with him. I don't even know him," I said as a matter of fact.

"And you think I would believe that flatly?"

My brows creased in confusion. "What exactly do you want me to say then? To lie?
