"Let's continue walking, sir. The car is ready," Maria said, and they began walking. However, Kalixo couldn't shake off what he had just heard. His breathing became heavier. "Not only that, sir, but Madam's parents were almost in an accident as well."

"What the f*ck, Maria??!!!" Kalixo's voice echoed loudly as they stepped out right in front of the mansion.

Maria took a deep breath. "Luckily, my guards intervened just in time. And all of these were orchestrated by the Ferrers, sir. They killed your secretary because she accidentally overheard Zero Ferrer talking on the phone about the Mafia. Your secretary's life was threatened. When we found her body, she had a resignation letter soaked in her own blood. I managed to retrieve it, and it contained the information she overheard, but unfortunately, the crucial parts were already stained with blood."
