I just didn't know what exactly to expect from the call I am about to be in with the board and my grandfather. Lisa had her gaze fixed on me as I ruffled my mind in search of the answer lurking deep into my soul.

“I think there's a mistake somewhere. You know his condition and he won't have a meeting with anyone”. I roamed the hall back and forth while Lisa had her arms folded across her chest watching me pace the room like I had absolutely nothing else to do.

“You have to calm down ma'am. Sir Giovanni asked for this himself and I think he has something good to say so take a deep breath”. She put me on the shoulder, took a few steps to the door and stopped. She turned back to face me.

“Are you coming?”

“Yeah sure”. I answered, snatching my phone from the desk and running after her like a little child. She held the door for me and waited till I was all out before she got off and closed the door behind her.
