Chapter 23: The Letter 2

Natasha's eyes froze on the gaze of the letter; her hands shook, her head spinning in all directions. She thought she was over him, over it all, but apparently, she was wrong. The mere letters of his name sent shivers through her veins.

"So, are you going to open the letter or what?" her grandfather asked.

"Excuse me," she replied, rising to her feet and running up the stairs.

"I was right, I knew it was William Brat. Just till I get my hands on him, I will make him regret the day he was coroneted as Alpha."

"Don’t you dare!!" she yelled back, hopping up the stairs.

As soon as Natasha got into her room, she slammed the door so hard, bolted it behind her, threw the enveloped letter across her bed, and began pacing her room. Her thoughts ruminated over everything, everywhere, all at once.
