The incessant ringing of the phone woke up Anya. She tried to make it go away by pressing her ears hard against the pillow but it didn't seem to work. She waited for the phone to stop ringing as she thought Ronan would eventually pick it up. After a few more rings, she groaned and slowly pulled her blanket down and squinted through her eyes. Lunch was a lavish affair with a variety of cuisines and culinary delicacies that can't be possibly enjoyed to the fullest even by the most ardent food lover. That was the amount of food and drinks that was served during the event and Anya savoured every bit of the gourmet meals.
