~Brackston~My footsteps thunder down the hall, expensive dress shoes pounding the bright white linoleum. There are footsteps behind mine, but I don’t care about those. I focus on my destination, and if they are smart, they will keep up. I turn the corner so quickly that I almost lose my footing and land on the floor.
