Six Years Ago
"Mom! I'm home," Natalie hollered as she stepped into the sitting room.
Her mom wasn't there and neither was she in the kitchen. She headed towards the room and heard a soft moan from the bathroom.
"Mom?" She called softly.
"In here, Nat. Just a sec."
She heaved a sigh of relief at the sound of her mother's voice.
