Chapter Thirty - One

Uncharted:

Danica stretched, arching her back  and raising her hands above her head. She let out a small groan as she did. Her outward hand reached into the sandy grit. Touching the sand she remembered where she was. She opened her eyes. The Sun was just peeking above the ocean and the tops of the waves were etched with its golden rays. She sat up pulling the jacket around her. She looked down at the simple brown jacket. She inhaled deeply and knew right away whose jacket it was. His scent made her feel warm, he smelt like freedom like the wind blowing in wide open spaces. Adventure. He smelt like the earth on a cold day. She found herself wrapping herself in it as she stood. She didn't realize it but her eyes were scanning the beach for him; Kaleb.

“Morning Captain, what be the plan today?” A man cradling his own coat to himself asked her.
