Himari’s POV.

“I’m Pearl, and it’s my pleasure, Himari”.

I stagger back, excitement funneling through me as I blink at the horse who’s staring right back at me. ‘Woah! Runa, she replied me’ It’s difficult not to show how ecstatic I feel as I staple my feet to the ground to prevent myself from jumping up and down.

“Heh, it seems she likes you, Mari. You’ve charmed her as you charmed me.” Ciel comes to stand abreast of me, stretching a gloved hand to stroke the top of Spring’s head while I giggle.

“It’s actually my first time seeing a horse up close. She’s beautiful” I say with admiration, eyes roaming around Spring with intrigue.

“Come, I’ll help you get on. You can ride with me.” He suggests and I look at him with surprise.

Ciel gives me a smug smile, bringing his hand out to me as he presses invitingly, “I saw how you kept staring at the others. If you ask me, it shows more than your envy to ride one for yourself”.
