Ivan’s voice, overflowing with all the curses of this world, roared so loud that Shaylin was not sure if the people in her Coven could have heard him too.

Looking around, Shay saw many pairs of eyes looking at her in hatred, just as raw as it oozed from Ivan himself. Many chests were heaving in fear and rage, ready to tear her to pieces, and none of them thought to question their Luna's words.

All of them felt the loss of their pack member as a painful tear in the weave of their pack’s collective bond, but the members felt the distraught of their Alpha most of all, and there was no greater sin than attacking or even just upsetting their Alpha.
