Chapter 4: Stop it!

“Can you stop looking at me like I am someone you know!”

“What?”

“You know what? Let's finish eating, so we can talk already!”

“Very well.”

Seriously, the dude is annoying, but the other one was a complete idiot. Well.... you might be wondering how they look like, right?

Hmm, mm.... Let's see. Asmodeus has light blonde hair with the tips dyed white. He's dressed like every single person I've seen so far, in the Victorian style but more black and white, I mean he kind of looks like Yin and Yang decided to paint his clothes today. Still, what's really intriguing about him are his eyes. They are golden but with a blue hue in the middle. They look enchanting and mesmerizing. Guess that's why every girl or woman wants to be with him.

Lucifer has blonde-platinum hair, like every other demon he is dressed in the Victorian style, but his eyes are another thing. Stormy gray eyes, what a coincidence. 

I wonder, just how do they take care of themselves to have such long eyelashes, such defined cheekbones and perfect chins, with a perfect pair of plump lips?

Let's not forget that their constitution shows the hours they've spent and are spending training even their gestures show how powerful, how noble and how well they carry themselves. But never underestimate such persons, because as noble as they look they are predators hiding under a facade, ready to tear you to pieces at any time.

“What's the matter?”

“Nothing.”

'Then, are you finished eating?”

“Yes.”

“Let's go then. We still need to talk.”

CHAIRS SCRAPING

“Fine.”

A FEW HOURS LATER

“Now that we're finished with all the details, I'm looking forward to our team work!”

“Yeah, sure!'

“Now then, get out of here and return to earth. You've been down here for long enough.”

“Yes, yes. I'm going!”

“And tune down that sassy attitude of yours-”

“And why would I do that? Also, who are you to tell me that? My father? I don't think so, so give me a break, OLD MAAAN!”

“You-you little.... Just get out of here already!”

“Bye byeeee!!”

“ASMODEUS!”

“Hahaha”

“What's so funny?”

“W-wel-well, after this past few hours, when you almost killed each other, you still have the patience not to leave each other without a head. You know, you kind of remind me of someone.”

“Aha, how nice?”

“Get over it kiddo and head back home!”

“Fine! I'm going! I'm going! Sheesh, I swear!”

If I knew that they would be so grumpy I wouldn't of have bothered to come and talk with them in person. I would have just sent a letter.

BACK TO THE PRESENT

“You have to stop Rose! What's enough, it's enough! Let us help you! Let us share your burdens. You've got to let others in Rose. You can't possibly do everything alone.”

“Stop it!”

“Rose-”

“No! I don't wish to see you hurt again! Haven't you had enough back then? I've seen your blood spilled quite enough to last a lifetime! I don't want to see you two hurt ever again. This time around I'll be the one to take the blows, and you will hide behind me.”

“Rose- You don't have to suffer alone, not when there are people around you to help you. We aren't kids anymore, we can't act childish anymore. We've got to learn to fight together, whether some like it or some don't. You are the boss, right? So just order them to do your bidding.”

“I won't, because nothing good will come out of it. You should already know that everyone hates me, or better yet, they all want me dead. With some exceptions there and there. We can never know who to trust but there is a saying: “Keep your friends close and your enemies even closer”. So I'm going to do exactly that. Since we have a peace agreement, then I am going to calculate all the possibilities and strategies that might help us win this war.”

“But it's still crazy, plus you can't actually expect those demons and fallen angels to keep their word, right?”

“Emily, Emma, it's alright, they swore to keep their end of the deal just like I have. You know me well enough to know that I am always taking any possibility in consideration.”

“Fine…”

“Fine. But this doesn't mean that we like it. Still. If word gets out about what you've done, the Circles won't be very happy. Rose, you are risking way too much for this. You know that you'll be labelled as a traitor, you'll lose your wings and be sent to Hell. You'll be taken away f-f-from us-s. We… don't wish…to...lose you… Rose. We love you! You are our sister and i-if you are to fall then we are going to fall together with you. One for all and all for one! Never forget that for as long as you live, got it?”

These two really....

“Do as you wish but don't forget the fact that I warned you, 'kay?”

“Yassssss-! Ahem... Yes Rooose!”

“Understood!”

“What am I going to do with you two?”

“Love us and protect us?”

“Take us with you to your room so that we can have a sleepover?”

“That's a very brilliant idea Emm! We haven't had one of those in months!”

“I know! That's why I suggest it you dummy.....”

These two will never change, they will never see the dark side of this world. Or better yet, they refuse to, but that's alright since I'm here to make sure that they will be safe no matter what.

For now let's just get some sleep, even though I don't know how much sleep I can get tonight because of my stupid little sisters. Oh, well... As long as they are happy, then that's all that matters to me, and yet maybe I should put some sleeping pills in some milk and give it to them. This way I might be able to finally get some much deserved rest.
