“Rose! What's going on? What's wrong with her?”

“Umm... Emma?”

“She's having a miscarriage! Come on! I've opened the portal and luckily, uncle Rapha is still awake and in the infirmary.”

“They... look... so beautiful!”

“We both know I won't make it! That's why I want to ask you to look after my babies! Please! I'm begging you!”

“How about we name the baby girl after your mother and the boy will be named Lucas and their family name will be the one you have since I will let them in your care!”

“... Very well. Annemary Cipriano and Lucas Cipriano.”

“Rosemary Cipriano.”

“Yes! The one in the rumors it's me! The nightmare of the nephilims, Commander of the Heavenly troops and Head Strategist.”

“Then I'm glad!”

“Because I know that I'm leaving my babies in the right hands and I couldn't ask for a better person to look raise them as their own.”

“I'm sorry! If I would've had hurried, we wouldn't be talking about this right now!”

I can't believe that now I'm a mother of two healthy baby twins. If I just listened to Emily and hurried out sooner, then maybe I could have saved the mother as well. It's all my fault! Yet again, I'm a monster!

“Raphael said that you might need some time off duty, but he didn't tell me why. So I came to see. What are you doing with two babies in your hands?”

“Look, I need some days off, a week actually, but if you'll really need my help I'll be there, now step away so that I can take these two to my room!”

“Rose- What have you done?”

“I got myself two kids! Got a problem?”

“... Do you know what will happen now?”

“Yes! As a matter of fact, I do. Now, I am going with my kids to get some sleep!”

“No Rose! Now you will give me and the rest of the circles a proper answer for-”

“You won't get anything from me. Stay away from these kids if you wish to harm them! They are mine in papers, so you have no right to question me or them. Not like they can answer, sorry not so sorry!”

“Rosemary! Be serious! These hybrids are orphans and have nephilim blood, and you intend to actually take them in as your children? And when they grow up? What will you tell them about their biological mother and father? That you almost refused to save their mother, and you don't know their father? “I just wanted to warn you Rose! You don't have even the slightest idea about what you've done! You've put yourself in harm's way once again and this time, I fear that not even we might be able to protect you. If in the future you'll need someone to look after this two cute little ones, do let me know!”

“Thanks!”

“No problem kiddo! I left some warm milk and baby bottles in your room as well as baby necessities, get some rest, you need it.”

“Thank you! Also, about their father-”

“You can tell me tomorrow, okay?”

“Okay! Good night!”
