Once again

Laura's point of view:

Feeling like we were being watched, we decided to head back to the packhouse.

In fact, neither of us were able to detect any weird scents, nor hear anything abnormal. It was just a feeling that we both experienced at the same time. Our wolves felt afraid without knowing the reason.

It was as if they could sense a nearby danger.

While heading towards the mall exit, I heard someone calling my name.

"Laura!" The voice sounded familiar, and I didn't need to turn to know who was calling.

It was Peter, I was sure.

Wondering who 'Peter' is? Well, he is the guy I met the same day I was rejected by Noah. You know, the sweet human boy who gave me a birthday gift on my last birthday.

Although I couldn't see my face yet, I was sure a shocked look was drawn on it.

Why?

Well, gone was the nerd I remembered him to be. The one in front of me looked as sexy as hell.

"Peter!" I greeted him while trying to show that I was surprised by his appearance.
