It’s been a week since Lana arrived now and I wish I could say her first week was full of nothing but settling in and getting to know her new pack and our family getting to know her more, but that would be a lie.

Since the day the boys shared with us the issues between the Water Rock and Brook Hole packs, things have only gotten more tense. As expected, Water Rock did nothing to initiate a fight. Once we reached out to them, we got their side of the story and it wasn’t a surprise. They had been the ones to reach out to my dad about the issues because they were finding Brook Hole warriors trying to infiltrate their borders. The last attempt had included an attack on a Water Rock patrol and that was when they reached out to us. The current laws says packs should attempt to solve disputes between them, and then if not possible, before turning to violence they must reach out to the King to attempt to settle the dispute with mediation.
