Rogue's POV

"Why don't you tell her about how you feel?"

My forehead creased as I looked at Leon, "Can you see her happy face whenever she's with that frog? I can't ruin that."

One of our college friends laughed and tapped my shoulder, "Man, that woman is so elegant and high. It will never be easy to get her attention."

I groaned and pushed his hand away. "I know."

I sighed and looked at my legs. I'm sitting on a wheelchair. I'm still recovering and receiving therapy because of the accident I had with Brianna. I talked to her grandfather last time and he told me that she couldn't remember anything.

Mr. Quinn begged me not to remind her about the accident because it might affect her health. I understand. For me it's what matters the most too. Her health.

But seeing her happy with another man, it breaks me. When did she meet him, anyway? In the hospital? Damn!

My blood would boil in anger whenever I see them together but I have to endure it. I need to. For her health. For her safety.
