I confessed my love to Alpha Derrick, and in return, he had his guards drag me through the mud like an animal. The pack cheered as if it were a holiday, throwing rocks and spitting on me. I always knew this day was inevitable.

Even as the pain flared, I refused to weep. I wouldn't let their final memory of me be my tears.

"That filthy witch, I heard she tried to kill Alpha Derrick." One of my bullies Rebecca whispered to the others.

"I knew it, she killed our previous Alpha and Luna, I never understood why Alpha Derrick let her live this long." Another said throwing a stone at me.

"I hope they give her a really slow death. Maybe even give her to the rogue wolves at the outskirts of town to ravage her body for nights before they end her pathetic existence."

I was dragged into a dungeon. My hands and feet were chained to the ground.

"Is this how you repay our Alpha?, he has been nothing but kind to you. Even after your father's death, he stuck his neck out for you. The rest of the pack wanted you banished but he fought to keep you here. Ungrateful Cold bitch!" One of the guards grabbed my cheeks and glared at me while the other began unzipping his pants.

"Hey get out the way, I have always wanted to fuck this bitch." Liam, Derrick's gamma told the guard who hesitated,

"Oh come on, this bitch is cursed no doubt about that, but you cannot deny she's insanely hot." Liam said shoving the guard away.

"Please...please don't do this." I pleaded watching Liam drop his trousers. He wasn't wearing any underwear and his rock hard cock was in full display, "Please I wasn't trying to kill Derrick, I would never do something like that."

"I know." Liam leaned and whispered into her ears, "Derrick likes to act nice, but deep down he is the worst of us. He needed to give the pack a reason to justify your death. And just so you know, your father never killed himself. Derrick did. He only stuck his neck out for you to make himself less suspicious of his murder."

My heart sank at his words and a gut wrenching scream tore through my throat. It was a scream of pure pain.

Why was fate so cruel to me?, for years I had loved the man responsible for my suffering?, I believed I was the reason my father Killed himself, but all this time it was all Derrick?

"Hey Chris, stand guard at the entrance and make sure no one comes in. Don't worry after I'm done, I'll let you and the boys have your fun." Liam smirked and the guard glanced over at me again.

"No Chris! Please! Please do not leave me with him!" I begged and wept like a child but the guard coldly said.

"You want me to stay?, are you that hungry for my cock?, just wait a little bit longer, after he is done, I'll ravage your pussy and asshole until you cannot feel or walk anymore." And then he left.

I began to sweat, and unconsciously peed myself. I had never even kissed a man before. My life was absolute dog shit but like every woman, I always believed my first time would be something magical. I never imagined I would be raped and my virginity forcefully taken away.

"Oh you're squirting already?" Liam saw the liquid dripping into the ground, "Let me lick it clean."

"No please!" Liam began to undress me, slipping off my gown, leaving me with only my underwears. He shifted my pantie to the side and began to touch my pussy.

"I know you like it baby girl" He began to tease me, rubbing my pussy.

"Stop! Please stop it!"

"Shh darling, how can I stop it when your pussy is leaking wet juices like a bitch in heat? Ssshh. I will make you feel good. " He spat on his hand and made my entrance wet enough for him to finger me.

Suddenly a loud crash upstairs interrupted him and I heard hundreds of footsteps running around the place. The echoes of swords and wolves clashing against the other filled the dungeon.

"Who dares attack us?" Liam frowned putting on his pants, and in the blink of an eye he had a sword around his neck while another soldier handcuffed him.

"Who the fuck are you? " Liam spat at them. His question was followed by a devastating blow to his face, that knocked out a few of his teeth.

"This pack has been conquered by the Demon wolf Calhoun Northman, Alpha of the Bloodhound pack, our great conqueror. Everyone here, everything you own. The grave you bury your dead. Your Mates and children now belong to him." A tall dark haired handsome man grabbed Liam's face, "Now shut the fuck up and keep moving."

My face went pale at his words. Alpha Calhoun was here. He had invaded our pack. For two years, we had heard the terrifying stories of an Alpha who wanted to conquer the world. He was a monster hungry for power. Some said he came from the devil, but others rumored he was the son of the Moon Goddess Chandra herself.

"Take him to the hall." He ordered his men.

"Yes Beta Damon!"

He glanced over at me and broke the chain with his bare hands and tossed me my clothes, "You're beautiful, if you play your cards right, Alpha Calhoun might notice you and take you as one of his whore. It is much better than whatever fate awaited you."

He gripped my hands and dragged me upstairs with him. The elegant palace was now reduced to ruins, blood stains splattered across the walls. Dismembered bones and torn flesh scattered on the floor. The gardens once meticulously tended to, were now overgrown and wild.

He dragged me into the main hall of the castle. There, a man claded in black armour was speaking to my pack, who were all kneeling with their heads bowed. Next to him was Alpha Derrick, so badly beaten that I could barely recognize him. I couldn't believe there was a wolf powerful enough to defeat Derrick.

"I am Alpha Calhoun your new Alpha and from this moment on, you own nothing, not even your lives. Your children are mine, your mates will become my whores, your men will become slave workers and your land will become my territory. Even your souls will follow me to the afterlife and worship me in hell." He began to speak,

"A year ago I sent out a messenger to deliver my message to your Alpha. It was simple, submit your pack to my empire and I'll be gracious and let you continue living as citizens under my rule, but your foolish Alpha killed my messenger gruesomely and rejected my offer, and now....well here we are. All this bloodshed could have been avoided if he had been a good little dog and listened to instructions."

Suddenly his gaze settled on mine and then it hit me, the scent of a hundred roses and strawberries. I had never smelt anything so..alluring before and instantly I felt drawn to him.

What was this feeling?, was I given a second chance by the moon goddess immediately after a rejection?

Our eyes met and I knew by the look in his eyes that he had caught a whiff of my scent too.

Coldly he said, pointing a finger at me "Bring that whore to me!"

Ten years later Ten years had drifted by like a long, peaceful dream. As I stood on the balcony of the great castle, looking out over the sprawling lands of our kingdom, I found it hard to believe how much my life had changed. Sometimes I had to pinch myself to make sure I wasn't still that broken little girl hiding in the shadows. I remembered being a lowly omega, the trash and outcast of the pack. I remembered the stinging pain of being rejected by Derrick, the man I thought was my destiny. Back then, I was a girl who had nothing and expected even less. Then came Calhoun the terrifying Alpha of the Blood Moon Pack. When he first took me, I was paralyzed with fear. The rumors said he was a mindless, heartless monster who wanted nothing more than to see the earth soaked in blood. But the rumors were wrong. Behind the cold eyes and the sharp claws was a man who had been shattered by the world. I learned about his tragic past, how he had watched his mother die in a way that no

Azrael rose from the dirt like a nightmare that refused to end. His skin was bubbling where the light had touched him, and his broken wing dragged behind him like a dead weight, but the power radiating off him was still enough to make the air vibrate. He looked at the three of us a Moon Goddess, a Demon Wolf, and a mortal Alpha and he let out a laugh that sounded like a thousand dying screams. "You think you can defeat me with teamwork?" Azrael roared. "I am the darkness that existed before the you were born!" The battle began again, but this time it was different. We moved as one, even if the boys hated each other. Derrick was the first to move. He knew he couldn't match Azrael’s magic, so he used his speed and his sword. He lunged forward, his blade whistling through the air. He wasn't aiming to kill, he was aiming to distract. He slashed at Azrael’s legs, forcing the demon to look down. At the same time, Calhoun shifted into his massive dark wolf form again. He didn't just

I stared at Derrick’s back, my mind racing as I tried to process the scene in front of me. I was absolutely shocked to see him standing there, acting as a wall between me and the literal devil. He was putting his life on the line, facing a creature of ancient nightmares, just to keep me safe for a few more seconds. It was a strange, heavy feeling in my chest. I remembered everything Derrick had done to me. He had been responsible for so much pain in my life. He was the reason my father was gone, and he had been the one to shatter my heart into a million pieces after I had gathered the courage to confess my feelings to him. He had even been the one to sentence me to death, treating me like I was nothing. But seeing him now, bruised and bleeding but refusing to move, something shifted inside me. This act was so brave and so heroic that I felt a part of my old anger start to melt away. I couldn't forget the past, but in this moment of life and death, I found myself forgiving him.

The smoke from the light beam cleared, and for a heartbeat, I thought it was over But then, a low, guttural growl rose from the shadows of the darkened cave. Azrael crawled out of the crater my light had made. His skin was charred and peeling, and one of his massive wings hung limp and broken at his side, but his eyes were glowing with a terrifying, murderous purple flame. He wasn't dead. If anything, the pain had made him faster and more dangerous. "So," he hissed, spitting out a mouthful of black blood. "The Goddess finally decides to show her face. You think a little spark is enough to finish what started thousands of years ago?" He vanished in a blur of shadow and before I could even blink, he was right in front of me. His hand clamped around my throat, lifting me off the ground. The heat from his touch burned my skin like dry ice. I clawed at his wrist, but it felt like trying to break solid stone. I can't die here, I thought. If I die, Calhoun dies. If I die, he wins. M

The air didn't just turn cold, no it turned heavy, as if the oxygen itself had been replaced by the thick, suffocating scent of sulfur and ancient rot. Azrael didn't wait for a formal start to the fight. With a deafening roar that sounded like a mountain splitting in half, he launched himself forward. His massive demon wings snapped shut and then expanded with a force that sent a gale of wind screaming through the clearing, knocking me off my feet. Calhoun, in his massive dark wolf form, met him halfway. The collision was like two beasts hitting head on. The sound of their bodies slamming together was a sickening thud that shook the very foundation of the cave and I feared it might collapse if the baffle raged on. I scrambled to my back, my eyes wide as I watched the carnage. I had seen Calhoun fight before he was a whirlwind of teeth and claws, a god of the battlefield but Azrael was something else entirely. He wasn't just a monstrous powerful creature he was a force of n

"You truly believe that I wouldn't recognize you in this lifetime? That I would forget the very face of the woman who ruined me?" Azrael’s voice wasn’t just loud, it felt like a physical weight pressing down on the air, cold and suffocating. He glared straight at me with eyes that burned with an ancient, terrifying hatred. I stood there, frozen, my heart hammering against my ribs like a trapped bird. I looked back at him, my mind a complete blur of confusion. I had no idea what he was talking about. I didn't know him, and I certainly didn't understand why he was looking at me as if I were his worst enemy. Before the silence could stretch any further, Calhoun stepped firmly in front of me. His broad shoulders blocked Azrael’s piercing gaze, acting as a human shield between me and the monster before us. Calhoun’s own stare was fixed on his father, sharp and unwavering. Despite the strength in his stance, I could see the slight tremor in his frame. My stomach knotted with worry.

I remember it like it was yesterday, that fateful day over seven centuries ago. That night, the wind howled outside my castle walls. It was a lonely sound, but I liked it. I sat on my throne of black stone. The room was dark and cold but I did not mind the cold. I had lived for a long time, and
