EVA’S POV

I had been preparing for war ever since I received the letter from Zayn. My heart was beating fast as I adjusted my warrior's wear, making sure everything was in place. Alpha Desmond stood beside me, he was ready for the fight.

I couldn't attack Zayn's pack first, not knowing where they were located. But that didn't stop me from training every day, pushing myself to my limits. I had to be ready for anything.

As I looked outside my room's window, I could see my pack members getting ready for battle. Some were sharpening their swords, while others were checking their bows and arrows. I could sense the tension in the air, the anticipation of what was to come.
