Chapter twenty-nine
"Serena...." Denzel uttered, looking at her while he had his cell phone in his hand.
Serena questioned, "Did something bad happened?"
He let out a sigh of relief then he coughed and said, "No. Everything is fi-fine."
"Oh. Ok." Seeing Serena to walk towards the cupboard he asked her, "Are you searching for something?"
"Yeah. A bedsheet."
"Wait, I know where is it." Getting it from the cupboard he gave it to her. As she was about to leave he sighed.
2 days later
"Where are you taking me to?" Serena's eyes were blindfolded. Denzel was taking her somewhere. She did not know what exactly happened but when she woke up she got a note on the table, saying Denzel would be giving her a surprise.
Denzel was silent. Serena touched his hand and asked again, "Denzel, say something."

The Next Day "Where is Serena?" Denzel asked Mrs. Fiana. On the breakfast table, he was waiting for her but she was not coming down.
