Chapter 10

**Kaden's POV**

Walking away from her that day was the hardest thing I had ever done. She was like a virus that I had no cure for and I couldn’t help but think about her at every passing hour.

I couldn't help it, her scent was intoxicating, everything about her was amazing; it drew me in, mesmerizing me.

I wanted to run to the slave quarters and call her back. I wanted her, everything about her and even bed her immediately if she would agree to.

She awoke the lust I didn't know I had in me, something I didn't really feel with my former mate, the mate pull was worse this time.

I felt so drawn to her, even in the night while trying to sleep, she was in my thoughts.

I stood up walking to the window, lost in thoughts. I looked out the window to the vast land beneath, showing silver rays of the moon shine down on me.
