21: COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Every person we pass in the area stares at the two of us.

I swallowed when I heard what one of the people we passed said. We are in front of the community college that Marco mentioned to me. The school is good. It doesn't look like a simple community college. The government of Paso De Blas is really spending that money. But this place is nothing compared to private universities across the province.
