Genevieve’s POV

The King moved them quickly into the castle, refusing to give any further details out in the open. After stumbling several times, Saber rushed to her side in an attempt to keep her on her feet. Every racing heartbeat pounded in her head as the beautiful hall blurred in and out of focus. As her knees grew weak, the floor disappeared from underneath her and her head was now laying on her brother’s shoulder.

Silently she begged for sleep to take her, only to force open the heavy lids. Fearing where she may wake up. If she would wake up.
