33| Murderous Voices.

The full moon settled high in the luxurious sky.

She was almost lost between the black waves in the atmosphere accompanied by the odd scatter of stars here and there.

What should have felt like a win for Mira, didn't.

She felt like she had bitten off more than she could chew.

A pack she knows nothing about.

"How are you holding up?" Alpha Bastion asked Mira as her gaze was fixated on the flickering flames from the bonfire.

She smiled as she exhaled harshly out of her nostrils. "How am I holding up? I think it should be me asking you that question?" A faint smile tugged at one corner of her mouth.
