Chapter 8

Another morning with Wolfie having disappeared whenever it became day, I sighed as finished drinking my tea.

Still though I was happy that he at least seemed to like and eat the pet food. It was the cheapest one there which I could afford instead of having to buy canned foods every day.

A smile quickly came on to my face as I received a message from Diana with the club name and address. She had finally got the details from the friend of a friend.

Although I knew I was going to be overworking myself with double shifts, I needed the money.

The only problem I would have was Wolfie, but I would sure he would wait for me even if I started coming later in the night.

Now at work as I stood chopping some meat on a board, I stopped as soon as I heard the voice of a customer I did not have fond memories of.

But Sam was not here and so I had to go to the till and serve her.
