Justin

Tiffany removes the phone from her ear and stands up from the bench. "I thought you said you don't date girls?" She questions.

"I don't," I reply with a shrug.

"Why is Georgia wailing about our "relationship"?" Tiffany air quotes. "She's basically dragging me through the mud on her I*******m," Tiffany complains.

Georgia.... who the fuck is Georgia?

"Who is Georgia?" I ask, and she gives me that look of irritation.

"You're impossible," she roll her eyes and walk away.

Georgia..... Georgia... Georgia?

Fuck....

Georgia!

I brought out my phone and went straight to Georgia's I*******m to see what on earth she had been posting.

"I NEVER KNEW TIFFANY WAS A MAN HUNTER"

"SHE CLAIMS TO HATE JUSTIN, BUT STILL WENT AHEAD TO DATE HIM LIKE THE SL*T SHE IS!"

"JUSTIN AND I HAVE BEEN TOGETHER FOR MONTHS, HOW DARE TIFFANY CLAIM HIM?"

"Fucking hell," I mutter. When did it get to this?

Sincerely hope coach doesn't see this.

I make my way to where I know Georgia would be at a time like this.

The corner cafe.

Pushing the door open, my eyes scan the cafe for Georgia, and I see her with her friends talking. "What the hell, Georgia?" I scream as I walk towards her, anger clearly visible on my face.

"Justin," she calls my name, her eyes meeting mine.

"Why would you post stuff like that on I*******m? We are not in a relationship," I reprimand and she scoffs

"You walk in here just to yell at me because of that?" Georgia asks.

"Delete those posts, Tiffany doesn't like them," I say, and she frown.

"Oh my God, I can't believe this... you are actually here to speak up for her?" Georgia complains, but I didn't reply.

Georgia and I only ever had sex once and that was because she kept on hovering around me like a bee so I gave her what she wanted, I never thought she would be deluded enough to think I actually had feelings for her.

"I thought we were exclusive, you really want to date that bitch because of one rumour?" She screams.

"I honestly don't care what you think, just delete your posts," I tell her and walk out of the Cafe, leaving Georgia standing there in disbelief.

I completely ignore the camera that points in our direction. It will definitely be all over I*******m by tomorrow.

Everyone in the cafe would probably be stunned, considering I've never spoken up for any girl before.

I didn't like being called a cheat. that's why i made sure to avoid relationships, and it would undoubtedly make things even worse for my reputation.

As I walk out of the cafe, I message Tiffany to meet with me.

I need to make sure she hasn't backed out of our deal yet.

-

Larry couldn't even wait for the day to end. He already posted the situation on his blog.

I'm glad he spoke about how I yelled at Georgia, I need people to believe I am most definitely serious about Tiffany.

I stare at the time. 10:30pm.

Where is she?

I decide to call, but I see her riding her little bicycle in my direction.

"Heyyy," I say, and she stops in front of me.

"You yelled at Georgia?" She asks as she gets off the bicycle.

"Good evening ma'am," I reply, and she frowns.

She tends to frown a lot around me. It was never this serious in high school, infact I don't think she had a problem with me in high school.

This hateful glare and frown only started when I first saw her on campus.

"Why would you say that to her? The video is everywhere on I*******m. You're giving Larry more attention," she complains.

"Let's talk inside. It's so late. I can't even see your face," I tell her.

"There's no reason for you to see my face," Tiffany refuses, and I sigh.

Christ, she's impossible.

"I was only trying to show everyone I am serious about you, I mean, I am right here in front of you instead of attending Mason's party," I say.

Mason throws a party almost every day, and I always make it a mission to attend, I'm pretty sure most people would be shocked to find out, I didn’t attend

Tiffany shakes her head a little and rubs her temples. "Alright, that's actually reasonable." She finally agrees.

"Now, can you come inside, we won’t stand outside forever, right?" I gesture, and she walks past me to the door.

I gesture for her to sit while I take off my shirt. "Don't!" She screams, and I turn towards her.

I chuckle when I see her express. "Calm down, Sherlock. I only want to change my shirt,"

"Not in front of me," she replies, then opens her bag to bring out her laptop.

"Writing the front page worthy article?" I ask as I put on a new shirt.

"Yeah... I need it to be perfect before submitting it to Mrs. Willow. I can't afford to lose my chances," she says, not taking her eyes from the screen of the laptop on her lap.

"I'm not much of an article writer, but I can definitely give you some tips," I suggest slumping beside her.

Tiffany pulls her eyes from the laptop and turns to face me. "Don't talk to me," she instructs and returns her eyes to the laptop.

"I would die of boredom if I don't talk," I sigh.

"I really do not care," Tiffany replies coldly.

"Ouch... that's brutal. My fragile heart can't handle your hurtful words," I feign hurt, but Tiffany barely gave me a glance.

She's like a wall, totally unapproachable.

Getting up from the couch, I walk into the kitchen to get something to drink, my eyes going back to Tiffany.

It was a miracle she agreed to come here tonight, I needed a reason not to go for Mason's party, and she was the perfect reason.

Everyone knows Tiffany Holmes hates parties.

Another superiority complex of hers.

A loud thud came from upstairs, and Tiffany flinches, the laptop on her legs falling to the floor.

The screen definitely won't survive. Fuck.

  • The Rumor Game   Chapter 9: A Gift To Be Payed Back

Tiffany "Justin bought you this?" Ava asks, suprise evident in her eyes. "I specifically told him not to," I reply, letting out a sigh. "Why would he get you a new laptop?" Ava asks again. "Mine fell while I was at his place yesterday, and the screen cracked badly," I explain, and she nods in understanding and then smirks a little. "I didn't know Justin was such a good boyfriend," "Stop it," I reprimand her as I repack the laptop. "I'm sending it back to him," "Huh? No, you won't... you need the laptop, how would you write your article?" Ava frowns. "I would borrow yours... I don't need a favor from Justin," I complain. "Gosh... Tiff.... can you stop already? I will never understand this hatred for Justin, but throwing away a perfectly good laptop because of hate is just plain stupidity. " Ava yells at me. "I would not give you mine if you return this to Justin, I fucking mean it!" She stands up from the bed and walk out of the room. I watch Ava go as I bit my lips. "I'm n
