Jade's POV

"Zach!!!"

I ran to him as he collapsed on his back. Redness soaked his black t-shirt and three visible bullet wounds pooled like little ponds with overflowing blood.

His father growled like a mad beast and jumped out of the car. Curses spilled from his mouth as he shifted into a werewolf, so big and tall that my eyes widened in fright, and ran after the speeding up van.

"Zach," His name resounded dreadful on my lips as I sat next to him.

Seeing his oozing blood, I began to hyperventilate. A raw and primitive grief overwhelmed me. My fingers shook as I held his face. It was cold... Like the face of a dead corpse would feel.

He spurted blood out of his mouth and a haywire occurred in my system. Even then there was a smirk on his face.

"You still care for me, Jade." The corners of his mouth quivered before he passed out on a gasp.

I felt my heart plummeting in my stomach. I screamed as loudly as I could and within minutes the school's staff
