Mess.

A whole mess around me.

I looked around my boutique in pure shock. My collections were laying down on the floor like garbage. I shut the door behind me and looked upstairs in shock.

"The boy." I whispered under my breath and rushed upstairs. I could see muddy footsteps on my stairs, indicating that they went upstairs too.

The scars were here for the boy.

I opened my room door and found my book on the floor. Anger rushed through my body. Although I was a very calm person. I rarely get angry and when I do I don't care if I get hurt or the person in front of me.

I looked towards the bed and found it empty. My eyes widened and my heartbeat accelerated. Those two men weren't following me. They were waiting for me to leave the house so they could bark like hungry dogs and get the boy but why did they destroy my book shelf and my collection?

Where is the boy?

My head snapped towards the closet when I heard some voices coming from there. I grabbed a vase from the dressing table and made my way towards the closet but as soon as I entered the closet someone harshly hit me on my legs making me fall down in pain.

"Ahh." I yelped and snapped my head up only to find the little boy with my baseball bat. He looked at me with wide eyes and immediately threw the bat away. He thought it was them. He's good.

I rubbed my leg and sat straight on the floor as I looked up at him and he quickly grabbed his ears as an apology. I smiled and shook my head at him. I stood up on my knees a little higher than his face level and grabbed his thin shoulders.

"Are you okay?" I asked and he nodded. I took a deep breath of relief. "Those men were here, right?" I asked and he nodded.

My jaw clenched in anger as I stood up and grabbed his hand. I walked towards my bed and made him lay down again as I covered him with the blanket but as I was about to leave his tiny hand immediately gripped my finger, stopping me in my tracks.

I looked down at him and he shook his head. He didn't want me to go.

I sighed and sat beside him.

"You sleep, I'm here with you." I said and he closed his eyes as I could see his tense little posture getting relaxed.

In a way I'm his protector. He trusts his life on me but I can't stand those gangsters. They can snap my neck if they want and no one would know about it but I need to end this because I know they will keep disturbing me because...I think

I'm their new target.

********

I furiously made my way towards them.

The scars.

I came into their territory which was an old building underground.

Not an ordinary person like me ever dared to come here. They were only with their sluts but I'm actually surprised that they don't change their sluts. I've seen them for years with them. Sitting behind them on the bikes and racing. Such a disgusting world they have. They are not few. There are many.

The loud music on their own slowed down and the people around stopped talking when they saw an ordinary one like me enter their territory.

I looked around trying to find

'the Scar face'

Their leader.

I walked further in but met with the same guy...what was his name again..

Yes, Liam.

"What are you doing here, fresh meat?" He asked and my jaw clenched in anger. Do I look like meat to him?

"Where is your leader?" I confidently asked. Although I lack all the confidence I grew to enter this place, it all vanished as soon as I stepped here.

I regret coming here.

Oh, I'm so stupid.

But, now I can't do anything.

I have to be confident otherwise they will really think that I'm their meat.

YOUR STUPID AURORA.

"He doesn't meet weak people like you." He said and I fisted my hand as I narrowed my eyes at him.

"Where is your leader?" I asked him again but this time a lot louder than I should and I immediately regretted it.

"He won't me-...." He got interrupted by a tug on his arm.

My breath got stuck in my throat for a fraction of a second as soon as the giant figure appeared in front of me, making me look like an ant.

"Yes?" The Scar face asked while hovering over me. Actually he didn't hover over me but he was too tall so I had to crook my neck fully up to see him. I've never seen such a tall guy in my whole life.

This is called extraordinary tall.

"Why did you send your men to my boutique?" I asked and he kept looking down at me with his blank eyes. He is always like this. Emotionless, maybe because he is heartless.

"Yes, you're clever to know that they came." He said and I frowned. Clever? "They destroyed everything, my clothes, my books and my whole house. I told you I don't have that kid of yours." I blurted out everything but his expressions didn't change for a fraction of a second.

His expressions remained the same stern and cold.

"My men didn't destroy your boutique." He said and I raised my brows at him. "Oh, really? Then who would like to come into this hell without any reason." I said and he raised his bruised eyebrow where his scar proudly stood.

"Steve and Aaron." He yelled all of a sudden and two men came rushing from the crowd. The whole crowd was looking at the drama happening here.

"Did you guys really destroy her boutique.....and her books?" He asked while stressing upon the 'book' word. They both immediately shook their heads and my eyes widened.

Liar!

I saw two girls standing beside them while looking at their boyfriend's and their leader, I guess.

My eyes widened when I looked down at their clothes. They were wearing my boutique outfits. Oh my god, they even stole my dresses.

I immediately pointed towards those two girls and their eyes widened. Stupid girls. "They are wearing my dresses. They stole my dresses." I snapped at them and looked up at 'the scar face'.  He looked at the girls and then at 'Steve and Aaron.'

"I guess, they are your mates." The scar face said to the two boys standing in front of him looking down at the ground.

They were caught barehanded.

What are mates?

I guess they call their girlfriend or sluts 'mate'.

"We are sorry." They both apologized while looking down at the ground and they too looked hella scared.

I guess the scar face sent them to check the boy not to mess around and steal stuff. Thank God, he has some mind. I might agree that he is their leader.

"I don't not have that boy. Don't make your man guard around my house. I'm telling you." I said while threatening him as I stood up on my toes. I heard some people gasping in shock followed by some whispers.

Why do they always get so shocked when I talk to him like that?

His expressions still haven't changed. What is this man? Robot.

I got down on my feet and looked around. I threw a glare at the two girls wearing my dresses before glancing at the scar face and immediately leaving the underground.

I took a deep breath of relief as soon as I got out. I can't believe I didn't stutter. I'm so proud of myself.

But little did I know that worse is yet to come.
