“Both of them are gone.”  Red said, finally getting his breath. 

“Both of whom are gone?”  Kydence asked, she had a feeling she already knew who they were talking about. 

Vic took a deep breath, “Chambers and Ms. Moore, they somehow escaped.”  Vic swallowed hard. 

“What do you mean Alexis escaped?  And who is this Chambers person?”  Alpha Daniel asked from the open door of Drake’s office.  “We need to find Alexis.  I hate to say to this, but I don’t trust that she won’t try and Ali and our pup.”  He growled. 

“Your Luna will be safe here with us.”  Sofia said, trying to assure him. 

“But she’s due in the next few weeks.  She’s supposed to see the doctor for a checkup.””  He said with worry.
