Chapter 11

After eating, Vivia was satisfied and wiped her mouth. She loves Medrano school to death!

In other schools, food can only be eaten in the cafeteria, and bringing food to class, especially greasy dishes like spaghetti, is completely banned. But here it is different because it is a private school, and the amount of investment is a lot, so the service is also more diverse.

“Hmm, wait, Anna, I remember you saying, do you work part-time outside of school hours?” Vivia drank apple juice, suddenly asked.

“Yes, what’s wrong?” Anna answered while eating, not knowing what Vivia wanted to do.

“I am curious. I just want to get to know you better.” Vivia propped her chin. “What’s wrong? Is that job difficult to say?”

Anna sighed in her mind, “Nothing. I can tell you about my work. But don’t tell anyone else, Vivia. It is a job that is despised by everyone, especially the students in this school.”

Vivia nodded, looking expectantly at Anna.

“I work as a server at a bar. The salary there is quite high, all paid weekly. A three-day work week, not too tiring.” Anna said.

“And, um, besides this job, I also do other jobs by the hour. Almost every day I work part time, even on weekends.” Anna rolled her eyes, adding.

After listening, Vivia asked, “Working so much. When is your study time? You received a scholarship to this school, proving that you study very well!”

Anna laughed when she heard this. She shyly said,

“I’m just a little smart. All the theories I’ve summarized are easy to understand and remember. Therefore, the time spent learning is shortened, and the effect is better.”

“Do you want my theoretical summary? I’ll give it. It’s short.” Anna asked.

"No need, you can keep it, I'm not interested either." Vivia waved her hand and said, "Hmm, when I'm free, can I come over to your part-time job?"

“You can come whenever you want, but it depends on the day because I work on different days.” Anna thought for a moment and then replied.

“So, would you like to drop by today?” Anna zipped the phone screen, checked her schedule, and raised her head to ask Vivia.

“The other day, I have to go to dinner with my family today,” Vivia replies. If possible, she also wants to go to the place where Anna works for a little more.

…

“Anna, are you here? The guest from the other day came to see you again.”

As soon as Anna entered the door, she heard Clay recount what had happened yesterday at the bar.

“The guest of the day?” Anna stammered, “Is it that... a young man?”

Clay nodded, a reluctant expression on his face.

“Yes, he stopped by yesterday. When I was here, I answered him. Heard from others, he also came here a few times, but people didn’t know who you was looking for, so they said they didn’t know.”

“Good luck.” Anna breathed a sigh of relief.

“Did he say anything yesterday?” Anna asked more.

Clay’s expression was thoughtful. He was trying to recall yesterday’s conversation, but it seemed to be a tough one.

“Hmm…”

“First, he asked the girl in the mask, with the bunny ears still working here, and I replied, like the other employees, I don’t know who you are.”

“Then I asked him why he had to go looking for you, and he said, I don’t need to care, he asked the same question for more once time. He wanted to know if there was a girl who worked and wore this suit. That thing doesn’t.”

“I replied that the girl in that suit serving in this bar was many people. Some people work full-time, and some work part-time by day, by the hour, so it is difficult to know who is who. Even the manager can’t remember each person.”

Clay said here, smiling.

“Looks like he wants to find you! I heard, ‘I want to see her again’ from that man’s mouth.”

“No way, Anna! Is there something happened between the two of you?” Clay approached Anna with a shameless expression.

The bartender seemed to have remembered something, and added, “He even said that he would come here often in the future. He can’t believe he won’t see you!”

“No, he doesn’t know me, I don’t know him, how can he have this feelings huh?!” Anna denied, “But, that guest, did he really say that?”

“I heard it clearly with my ears. Extremely clear!” Clay emphasized. “Could it be that he already loves you? Like in a romance movie, love at first sight?” Clay felt more and more that there was something between the part-time server and the other guy.

“No way, Clay!” Anna braced herself. “Okay, let’s go to work. Don’t joke anymore. I don’t want to lose my money!”

Although on the outside, Anna didn’t care much about what Clay had to say. In her mind, everything was a mess.

‘Why should Brandon come looking for me? Is it true that, as Clay said, Brandon fell in love with me at first sight?’ Anna became bewildered. ‘But that’s not true. Brandon can’t even see my face. How can he like me?’

A! It’s crazy!

Anna was thinking, and her mood suddenly became angry. What Clay said earlier made her extremely confused. But considering Brandon’s bad temper, was such a person capable of liking others?

It’s not that Brandon can’t like others, but Anna still can’t imagine Brandon liking a certain girl, Anna feels, the end of the world will come when Brandon likes someone, fans His will cause chaos.

With a chaotic mood, Anna came to class with panda eyes, and big dark circles under her eyes.

When Anna had just sat down in the chair, Vivia immediately ran to her side, the two girls chatting, causing Brandon, who was sleeping next to him, to open his eyes.

“You two are so noisy!”

Brandon rubbed his eyes. He looked at Brandon, then back at Vivia, and smiled scornfully. “Didn’t expect a bookworm like you to have friends? Besides, she’s a rich girl!”

Before Anna could answer, Vivia sitting next to her, answered aggressively.

“Whom do I make friends with? That is not your turn yet? Also, don’t say ‘bookworm’, it’s too hard to hear!”

Brandon looked angrily at Vivia, “You’re shouting too loud. I thought you were normally cold and quiet guy?!”

Brandon poked his ear, then provocatively looked at Vivia.

Anna had calmed down, looked at Brandon, and softly replied, “I’m a bookworm, yes, I never denied it. In addition, I would like to add, I am also a good bookworm. Let’s see who has the highest score this time!”

Vivia’s eyes sparkled as she looked at her best friend. Anna is so cool today!

“Ah, also, everyone has the right to make friends, even prisoners. Good luck, poor person!” Anna smiled.
