CHAPTER 103
Luke POV
I walked into the midnight air taking a deep breath in as the cold temperature of the night reached my lungs. It was like inhaling for the first time after being under water. It was refreshing and I let myself enjoy it for a second knowing what lied ahead of me.
“Are you ready?” I asked out loud even though I didn’t need to.
“Release me!” he both answered and ordered. And I shifted into wolf form and let him take control of me.
I felt rush of adrenalin and I stretched in my wolf form. I suddenly felt unstoppable and powerful and more than ready for the task at hand.
Lycan started to run through the forest. Even though he was big – he was fast and athletic and jumped with ease over fallen trees and in between branches.
“Do you know where you are going?” I asked.
“I got his scent – he is nearby” he answered as his pace slowed down.

Luke POVThe sun began to rise as I started to near the end of forest and the pack house began to appear between the trees. I felt the first light of sun hit my skin as I exited the woods. Luke POVI decided to walk through the city alone rather than return to pack house. There was no point in running after Kate if her demands of me proving my love to her was leaving Arianna behind. Iza POVWe had been home for 6 months now and everything had been perfectly normal, maybe a bit to perfect someone might add, but I enjoyed every moment of it living a normal family life.We had experienced some resistance among the pack members, when we first arrived back home, and it was announced that I were a mere human now, and worse that they no longer had an Alpha to lead them. Luke had refused to take on the title and Arianna was too young, so Steffan had stepped up as our new Alpha of the pack, and thankfully everyone was pleased with that decision.
