Sir Theophilus was a young man when Cyrus’s father was on the throne and after the death of the late king, Cyrus had invited Sir Theo to be a member of the council of chiefs, and eventually, Sir Theo became the leader.

Sir Theo had been a close contact of the royal family, he wasn’t an inner circle member like Sir Sule but still, he had his rank.
