LXX: Crazy Lady
The reason why she wasn’t able to remember the place immediately as she set foot was that this city gave her so many bad memories that she’d rather forget about. Maya felt like she’s been leaping from one bad place to another, and it didn’t feel pleasant at all.
She had good memories here, too, that’s for sure, but they weren’t enough to compensate for the hurt those bad ones did on her. It could not possibly equate. Yet, for some reason, she felt like all the problems she had been running away from were finally catching up to her.
The call was then made for Maya’s flight. There was a change in plans, so she was headed to Italy instead, she searched the place up and asked a couple of strangers who’s been there, and Maya heard it was all good things.
