Cassie’s POV

“I didn’t ask the name of the restaurant,” I said to my husband from the front passenger seat where I was seated.

Shawn took a glance at me before turning his attention back to the road. “It’s a surprise!”

I giggled. “I feel so many butterflies in my belly.”

“Why?” He smiled, taking another glance at me.

“I guess it’s because this is the first time I'm acting in my actual capacity.”

“You mean as Mrs Cassie Elias?”

I blushed. “Something like that.”

“This isn’t my first time being in the front seat with you, but this night feels so different. I’m dolled up like the most beautiful girl in the world, and right beside me is Shawn Elias, who so happens to be the most wanted man. And this is us riding in his new car!”
