Continuation of Lyle's POV:

I eventually came across a door far away from the ballroom where his blood was scented the strongest. She had bit him... and stolen him from me. I could hear a small whimper from in the room, coming from him then my sister's soft purr.

"Shh, calm down, you don't have to drink so much like that.... You'll get sick," she mumbled, probably feeding him her blood after draining him. I felt a growl growing in my throat.

"Esther," I hissed her way as I stopped in the door frame. She glanced my way and then widened her eyes slightly from where she had Milo's head laying in her lap, feeding her blood to him from her wrist.
