18: Noel

The breeze blew harder as I walked up the mountain to my father's house. I should have stayed back at the house when i noticed the change in weather but no, just came out anyways.

My father, Anthony is among those old vampires that seem to have a long life span. No matter the obstacles that came his way, it doesn't even do more than a harm to him. He stood strongly in the eyes of the clan and he leads them whenever I am away.

And for the years he had spent in the world, I am sure he will have an idea of what is going on. Right now, he is my only hope, the only person that will give me an answer to the question I have in mind.

I was greeted by his guards when I reached the gate, panting harder and holding the wall. I really hate that he stays this far from the clan surface.
