Released from prison

Only an hour later, as dawn took a proper hold on the morning, Officer kate escorted Diana, to the helipad on the southern platform of the vast prison that is Located on an isolated island in the middle of Delta Bay—aka “The Rock”— which had held female captives and dangerous female criminals since the Civil War.

Warden Clark with the pilot name Storm was waiting for them, already in the chopper and starting up the engines. He gave a curt nod and threw his thumb over his shoulder, gesturing for Diana to come on board. It was finally time for her to be released, she has served for three years in The Rock prison.

‘I hope you've learnt your lessons! ,’ Officer kate spat. Her hand twitched towards the baton at her waist before removing the handcuffs from Diana.

Diana gave her a long, hard stare that despite how much she explained she was only being defensive that awful night that the heir- Ethan- made advanced at her, Kate, absolutely no one still didn't believe her and Alas Diana stepped up into the passenger hold of the Seahawk.

The blades started spinning and the wind forced Officer Kate back off the helipad.

As Warden Clark took off and headed out over the open water, Diana stood in the hold and watched The Rock fade over the horizon. The collection of tiny lifeboats, full of tiny people, and most importantly, the queen of the Quins Royal regiment.

Diana watched the helicopter depart. She recalled her first glimpse of the Rock from the hold of this chopper three years ago, and thinking that the interconnected, diamond-shaped platforms had resembled a giant, dilapidated demon of smoke and steel.

She felt a cold sensations on her neck, definitely from the silver necklace she was wearing. There was an eagle carved on it, it was free from artificiality, it had a lifelike pose with it's eyes imbued with red pendants. It was given to her by Catherine. The lady and friend from prison who kept blabbering that she is the queen of Quins Royal regiment.

However, Catherine was indeed a strange fellow wielding the divine eagle abilities. There is absolutely no one in the universe she dares not kill, neither a sickness she can't cure even despite being a lady. Diana however oftentimes wondered if she were who she claimed to be, why would she end up as her cell mate?

Although the Rock prison housed other female Dangerous criminals as well, none could assume the same precision of deadliness as Catherine . They all trembled at her feet and worshipped her like a goddess she is, because if you get on her nerves she won't hesitate to teach you a lifetime lesson.

The Rock was a prison made specifically for female criminals......

Only Diana was closed to Catherine since she was a genius and could talk on same intellectual level as her. That was what cemented their friendship all the while in the prison.

Catherine would constantly ramble on how she used to be the Queen of the Quins Royal empire and how she practiced and knows Medicine and martial art and many more that she became an expert.

Catherine would as well also tell Diana all sort of strange stories about the mysterious quins empire and would over time get Diana to join her in meditation and training and Diana barely objected since it was the only activity she engaged in and not characterized of boredom.

At the end of the third year, Diana already learnt a plethora of martial art and medicinal abilities from her and considering how much she had learnt from her, she treated Catherine with so much respect.

It was on the day of her release that Catherine gave Diana the necklace and told her to go to the Quins island and with the necklace in her possession she will be allowed in and there she would be bestowed with Wonderful opportunities she could ever ask for.

Diana had also found demons in the Rock, that much was certain, and nightmares enough to last a lifetime. Murder, treachery and greed. The Rock, a living monstrosity, that is trying to crush all the evil from the world. The Rock also had a part reserved for male criminals.

Two hours later, they flew into a storm, heading towards the west and away from the daylight in the east, outpacing the dawn. Diana looked out to sea, at the course ahead. Vast, mighty storm clouds obscured the sky, and not five minutes later, freezing rain, thunder and lightning threw the chopper around but Warden Clark, flying true to his pilot name - Storm - persevered through.

Half an hour later and before Diana knew it, she spotted the curve of the coastline, of land. She smiled at the sight of it.

"She was finally going to be home!" She heaved a heavy sigh and exclaimed.

Then suddenly Images from three ears ago began streaming into her thoughts, and thinking back to what actually transpired, her smile got replaced by complete anger.

Back then, She was just an ordinary maid working day and night for the Wakin's family so she could gather money to Carter for her parents and as well render financial support to her fiancé in his business , but all of her dreams were crushed and chattered into pieces like an atom, one awful night.

That night, she was sent to fetch the rich arrogant heir from his room, but when she got there, she discovered he was drunk but however was on the course of delivering the message she was sent when Ethan, started to touch her physically and harboured lecherous intentions towards her. She started to agitate to defend herself from getting molested by him.

Ethan was known for his misdeeds and misbehavior with ladies, not just ladies though.... beautiful and gorgeous figure 8 ladies like Diana.

Diana got incensed and while trying to defend herself from him, she grabbed for a bottle and she hit it on his head which caused blood to started gushing out and that was when he finally freed her.

Upon hearing the commotion, the security guards rushed in at once and their first instinct was to protect the heir.

Even the dumbest person would know that it didn't ended well for Diana. And being from the lower-class poor family, no one paid not even a single attention to her explanation. At the end of the day...she was sent to prison for assault!

Warden Clark A.K.A Storm soon landed on a helipad at the harbour’s edge of Delta city airport. Diana jumped of the hold as soon as they were down. Sparing the warden not another minute of her time – he, and the people he worked for, had stolen three good years from her already – Diana took off into the dark morning, towards a strip of beach that curved around the city.

Before she knew it, she had arrived at the entrance of her home. She was not surprised to see a dilapidated abandoned house in front of her.

Diana took a long, deep breath and thoughts of the gruesome terrible events from past three years replayed in her thoughts over and over again while hesitating to step into her home.

"I hope my parents are well?... Why does the house seem...infact, it's abandoned. I hope my parents are well?" Diana thought as she felt a sense of bitterness erupt within her. Over the three years in prison, no one, not even her own parents visited her and as such she was worried about them and especially now that she has found out that her home/house is abandoned.
