I cringed as I waited for Elliot’s answer, and I heard him chuckle, “Baby, you are still so beautiful. The ride to Taylor’s parents’ house was quiet and tense. We were all slightly terrified of telling them the truth, but it needed to be done if they were going to accept Taylor for who, and what, she is.
