**Ha! These two are really something else. Alora seems to be drunk with the wine and Ares is probably unsure of how to handle this😂I can't wait for you to see what's going to happen next. How do you think Ares would handle the situation and what would Alora do now that she is drunk? Are you excited to see drunk Alora? Let me know in the comments and please leave a review too on the homepage and rate five stars. It means a lot to me and do vote also. I will try to update twice tomorrow also. See you tomorrow, Jane ♥️
Ares. I noticed a few things about Alora today. After I had gotten back from addressing the pack and changing the guards who were pretty useless to me and slacking off their duties, I had them locked, flogged and punished. I could have punished them a bit harder because I was already angry, Ezra was getting on my nerves, the packing ceremony was in three days and I was in intense pain around my torso. I wasn't healing fast and I knew why. But Alora had somehow distracted me from focusing on anything else because she acted in a way I hadn't seen before. And it was… ... intriguing? The first thing I noticed about Alora was that she was left handed. I didn't know how that had slipped off my notice. Because I was very observant mostly due to the fact that I had anxiety. But I hadn't realized that until today when she ate with me at the table. The spoon was obviously too heavy for her but she managed to eat quietly and like a mouse, taking tiny bits at a time. The second th
Ares. I walked away from Alora who was sleeping deeply on my bed. Her red sprayed around her in bright red waves. It complimented her pale skin, her small frame. My face softened when a smile came upon her lips. Her face was calm even while she slept, she had an effect on me. It scared me. Everything about Alora scared me, because it brought out a part of me that I didn't know existed. I hated change. I hated things I didn't understand. Because it left me vulnerable. Tearing my gaze away from Alora, I walked to my desk at the end of the room, touching the mahogany furniture. It was going to be hard to sleep with the power of the room tearing me apart from the inside, my wolf wanted to be let out, but I didn't have the energy to reign in the beast until the full moon where I could even have a little freedom to shift. I ran my hand through my hair just as a sharp pain stung my back making me lose my balance. It was definitely not from my torso, the gunshot wound. I kn
Alora. The sound of someone screaming woke me up from my slumber. And opened my eyes to the dark room, my head sched badly and I hissed, sitting up while clenching it. The loud screams came again and I turned to my left to see Ares and my mouth opened in shock. He was kneeling on the floor, his palm resting on the floor as he screamed loudly again, it was so painful and sad. And I jumped out of the bed in horror. Ares seemed to be in a lot of pain and I saw the source. His back that had the tattoo was glowing red like it had done before. This time I saw it very well, the letters of some language I didn't understand moved around his back as it glowed red, its color filling the room in a dark painful shade. Ares gasped, his eyes clenched in so much pain, sweat filled his forehead as he growled loudly. I stood back in fear as I thought of what to do. The last time I had accidentally touched him, he had grabbed my hand painfully. This time, I didn't know what to do. But when
Alora. I couldn't sleep the rest of the night. I laid awake, staring at the ceiling until the sun broke the horizon and I heard Lana and the girls arrive. I wasted no time in taking my bath, putting on a white long skirt, a black blouse and the slippers Ares had gotten for me. I noticed my hair had changed back to its black color and I sighed, staring at myself in the mirror. The cuts on my face have healed, and I realized this was the first time my face was bare with no bruises or injuries from the constant abuse from Jax. I looked down at my wrist where the shackled had left a permanent bruise and it was partly gone. Almost blending with my pale skin. Even the cuts under my feet were gone too, I couldn't feel the tiny stings anymore. There were still some scars over my body though and the most prominent of them all, my brand. I ran my fingers over the burnt skin, Jax's name marred on the left side of my stomach like a second skin, claiming me as his despite being far away f
Alora. Everyone turned to me just like Raya and Camilla did and I frowned at the attention as the sound of Lana's pot clattering as she stirred the food in it filled the awkward silence. "Why are you looking at Alora?" Carmen asked, shaking her sister who took out her phone. "Raya and I were talking about a play that's going on in the Dark theater of performing arts." Camilla said as Raya nodded, only making us more confused. "Don't tell me you're still thinking about that?" Isabel asked as she rolled her eyes behind big glasses. "Of course, it's a perfect way to let Seth spend more time with you." Raya said and Isabel sighed. "You still don't get it, do you? Seth isn't going to see some stupid play with me. He wouldn't look at me for a second and you think he would agree to go on a date with me?" Isabel asked, snatching her book angrily as she stood up. "No he wouldn't. That's why we create the opportunity." Camilla said, as her sister frowned. "What the hell are you g
Ares. The day had been hectic with taking the Elder around the pack. He had to get updates on what was happening in the pack. And he had scolded me on letting an intruder in the pack, rebuking my scouts and warriors on their skills. Then he had questioned me on why I was letting Marco live, but I told him we needed some information on Jax. Most days, I wondered if Jax pack was getting the same treatment I was getting from the elders. He was as much a monster as I was, a beast who was as hungry as blood as I was. Ezra had ignored me when I asked, saying it was none of my business and telling me to focus on my own pack. Despite knowing the war and hatred between me and Jax. He had to be on the white moon pack side. While the elders say and watch the fight between me and Jax Pentagon. The Blood Moon Pack and the White Moon Pack. It was no news that they were probably rooting for The White Moon Pack secretly, since it was a taboo to take sides as the council of werewolves. Th
Ares. Seth and I sat just beside the girls, a few feet away but still able to see them as they faced the crowd. The crowd cheered as the host smiled at us and gave the girls a thumbs up before stepping to the small pew at the top of the stage to watch them. Alora bounced on her feet as she smiled at Isabel who nodded at her before she faced me. Her eyes filled with glee. I noticed a tiny glint of fear in them and I smirked before she turned away sharply. She was definitely going to lose at this. She was a slave and she was dumb. "Go!" The host yelled as the crowd cheered and started hitting the chairs in anticipation. Alora grabbed the first of the ten balloons from the rack, smearing it with a lot of shaving cream and I shook my head. She was already going to lose with that much shaving cream on the balloon because when it was time to shave it off, it would be too much and the ballin would break at the sharp blade scraping its surface. I turned to Isabel who was apply
Ares. Alora was happy was the biggest understatement of the evening. She was excited, joyful and every word you could use to describe someone Inna state of so much happiness. Her black hair bounced excitedly as the crowd cheered at the start of the game. And when I thought her violet eyes couldn't look any more beautiful. They captured everyone in the room, including my attention. They shone vibrantly in the hall under its bright lights. Her smile was so wide, spreading from one end of her cheek to the other as she clapped together with the crowd. I stood at the side of the stage, just watching her until the host spoke again, dragging my attention to her once more. The host was a younger woman like myself, she had very short black hair in a pixie cut and her brown eyes watched us in a silent agreement, hoping for our cooperation. Hell, yeah! Alora had already shown she was smarter than I thought, and she was already winning. I didn't want to look like a loser Alpha and I w
