That's not how it works

Colin’s POV

As they set off for breakfast, Colin put his arm around Adina as usual. Sean was walking on the other side of her. Colin saw Adina’s hand twitch as if she wanted to take hold of Sean’s hand. He smiled and kissed her temple. They needed to tell the pack to hold off and pretend that the feelings weren’t there would be cruel.

When breakfast was almost finished, Colin stood in front of the pack, taking Adina with him. The pack grew silent without being told.

“First, thank you to Mateo and Jason for arranging the BBQ last night. I think we all enjoyed ourselves,” Graham began. There were cheers and whistles.

“Then, Adina and I have decided that the best thing for us and the pack is to include Sean in our relationship. It has developed naturally, and he will move in with us as soon as possible. Nothing will change regarding rank or responsibilities to the pack,” Colin said, and Sean joined him and Adina.
