Chapter 7

After finishing their breakfast, Shawn and Amy sat down for a while. However, Kevin called Amy shortly after that. After several rings, Amy finally answered the call.

"Where were you last night? Why didn't you show up? I waited for you for several hours. I searched for you all night," he said.

Amy thought to herself, "He has been looking for me all night, but he doesn't know that I've moved and I'm no longer living in my old house."

Feigning innocence, Amy replied, "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to stand you up. I felt terrible, so I didn't leave the house."

"It's okay. So, what time are you coming to my office?"

"I'm on my way."

Amy turned to Shawn, but Shawn stood up and said, "I'll drop you off at Blue Sky Entertainment." Amy was shocked by what Shawn said, and he immediately noticed the expression on her face. So he smiled and said, "Don't worry, I'll drop you off, and I won't get out of the car, better?"

They got out of the car and walked to the parking lot where Shawn's car was
