Chapter 30. Richard's Past.

We had to leave at once, so we had to stop at the hotel once more so we could get all our belongings before we left. I was bothered and worried about Richard and his behavior, he just seemed so distant and difficult to approach. He did try his best so I wouldn't notice by smiling everytime our eyes met, but that wasn't enough to convince me that he was okay. "I'll go out in the car." Although that was an excuse to get away from me for a while, I could tell he needed some breathing space. 

      I got ready, and sat on the bed for a while, thinking of how I could approach him, but for that I would at least need to know what was going on with him right? But how could I have an answer to that when he's so distant with me, it's more like he doesn't want me to know.
