[Amya’s POV]

"Looks like Armal took things too far." Pam laughed, beginning to climb the stairs that led to Mykel’s room. "This should be good."

Confusion flared through me along with worry as I listened to the sound of crashing from above. Were they really fighting that seriously?

"Dammit!" I growled, quickly scrambling up after her and reaching just in time to see Mykel and Armal go crashing out the window.

"Don’t just stand there." Pam called as I stood in the middle of the room with wide eyes. "We are going to miss a good show!"

"What?" I yelped.

Instead of responding, Pam quickly moved forward and wrapped her arms around me. Throwing me over her shoulder, she leapt down from Mykel’s room, landing gracefully between Lucian and Grendal, who were still taking everything in from down below. I had to admit, for a woman of her size, she really was graceful in her movements.
