Chapter 28: Spilling the Beans (Part 2)
With a racing heart and slightly shaking hands, Austin quickly went to the counter and bid goodbye to Peter, and to the other staff of the cafe. She hurriedly went outside and decided to just wait for Grey to arrive.
"Austin!" Grey shouts from the other side of the road. His voice is somehow trembling.His worried face is recognizable even to the poor eyesight of Austin. The moment she laid her eyes to his face, she knew something is bothering him. And that brings fear to her whole system. And she doesn't even know why.
Grey quickly close the distance between him and Austin. "Come, I need to talk to you. This is urgent," he said, gently dragging Austin away.
Austin is perplexed by Grey's unusual actions she can’t even utter any words. He's always calm and playful but he seems so serious and angry today, that she don't actually wants to stay with him a bit longer.
