Chapter 19 Misunderstanding
The moment I got out of the water after my talk with Grukren, I got dressed and started to rush to the training room. Skyr had already warned me not to show up since it was his order. But I wasn’t going there to train. I was there to talk.
As I reached the hallway that was headed for the training room, I paused and immediately hid around a corner when I saw something. Or someone.
My heart somehow pounded slowly in my chest as I moved my head to the corner to take another look to make sure that I wasn’t seeing things. I woke up from the sudden jerk of the room. It was a strong rattling motion that I even fell out of my bed and landed on the cold metallic floor. I sat up and rubbed my right arm that fell first upon the impact of my fall.I was currently sleeping in one of the rooms in the sub that I was assigned to.
