Chapter 11: Like a phantom of the heart
Hayley’s POV
I looked at myself in the mirror, contemplating if I should put my hair in front of my ear or behind. I hated being like this, fiddling and worrying that I wouldn’t look ‘nice’. Liam never worried about how I looked. He was sweet and kind and… and… I shook my head, combing a hand through my hair. This was not allowed to happen. Not allowed to think about my ex-mate.
