Bed Warmer 1

"GOOD EVENING, Ma'am Klara." Rica greets me when I show up in her post.

"Good evening. Is your Boss still there?"

"Yup, but he's on the top floor, ma'am. Sir is still in his office until 8 PM because he has some work to finish."

My eyebrows instantly raised. "Perfect." I slowly murmured. But Rica heard that.

"Ma'am?" she frowns.

"I... I mean, are you leaving?"

"Yes, ma'am. Sir called and told me to go home earlier. My out today at 6 PM."

I glanced at my wristwatch. "Oh... how about this, Rica? I just need to bring these documents to him. I also worked overtime to finish it and bring them to him right now."

"It's okay Ma'am Klara, I still have five minutes to get those up to the 30th floor. Give it to me and I'll take it to Sir."

I shook my head instantly. "No. It's going to be six, it's a waste of your time, Rica."

"No. Just like this, let me go upstairs. I'll take it so you can go home. It's rush hour, so you need to go early." I'
