Chapter 65 - Dee

In the dim light, I glance over at my parents as they sleep on the hospital bed on the other side of the room with my father’s arm wrapped around my mother.  It has been an entire day since he has woken up and it still seems like a dream.  However, I’m glad that it isn’t a dream, but a reality. 

We have one person awake.  Now, we need to get the rest of my family awake while hunting down and locating all of Irene’s traitorous group of bandits. 

I know I’ve seen the information and Max has even brought all her interrogation videos for me to watch, but I still can’t believe I’ve been so wrong and for so long about her.  Not to mention, I need to apologize to Katherine again when she wakes up. 

I thought I had developed the ability to read people well, but this situation shows me that my abilities aren’t as good as I thought.
