~ Aria's POV ~

Lucian stood up, his eyes narrowing into sharp daggers aimed straight at Raven. If looks could kill, Raven would’ve dropped dead on the spot.

"You don't need to remind me about that," he snarled, his voice like a low growl in the room.

"Then leave," Raven replied coldly, pointing toward the door with pure disdain.

"You don't get to order me around, Raven. Maybe you've forgotten you're just a baby to me," Lucian sneered, deliberately provoking him. Raven, always the one to take words personally, lunged forward and grabbed Lucian’s collar.

"You better shut your mouth, stupid incubus," he growled. Lucian smirked, cool as ever, and pushed Raven's hand off his collar like it meant nothing.

"Hate it or love it, I'm still a hundred years older than you," he said with an annoying grin, and Raven flared his nose in irritation.
