After being expelled from college for a violent outburst, I was sent to a school for monsters by my mom. Now I’m trapped between three dangerous monster boys: Raven, the cold, hypnotic vampire prince. Thorne, the wild, possessive Alpha heir. And Lucien, the dangerously charming incubus who watches me like he knows a secret I don’t. They hate each other. They confuse me. They want me. And no matter how hard I try to stay away… I keep falling for all three. But when strange things start happening—inhuman strength, sharpened senses, and cravings I can’t explain, I realize there’s something inside me. Something I can’t control. Something that doesn’t belong in their world... or mine.

“How could you have done that to a reputable student of this college?!” the old lady with gray hair barked at me, but I sat on the chair, completely unbothered.
“I’m sure she didn’t mean to,” my mom said, trying to defend me as always.
“Didn’t mean to?” she scoffed in disbelief. “The innocent boy is currently in the ER, and you dare say she didn’t mean to?!” she snapped at my mom. “What exactly are you going to do about this?”
“We’re not going to do anything. That fool is exactly where he deserves to be,” I said flatly, without a single bit of remorse in my eyes.
The gray-haired woman looked at me with surprise. I don’t know why she was shocked by my words—she should know exactly who I am by now.
“You should be apologizing, not adding fuel to the fire,” my mom nudged me gently.
“Why should I apologize?” I asked, glancing between her and the gray-haired woman. “Come to think of it, I’m the victim here. He tried to rape me,” I said.
“And was stabbing him with your pen the best way to solve the issue?” she asked.
I scoffed and folded my arms across my chest.
“And what other way should I have defended myself? He tried to touch me without my permission. He should be thankful he’s in the ER and not the morgue,” I rolled my eyes just so she could see how unapologetic I was.
If I had the chance, I would’ve stabbed him to my heart’s satisfaction. How dare he try to rape me?
The gray-haired woman let out a frustrated sigh, while my mom stayed calm—she already knew who I was. I’m someone who never tolerates bullshit from anyone.
“This isn’t the first time you’ve caused trouble in this college, Ms. Nightshade. Three months ago, you nearly broke a guy’s tooth. Two weeks ago, you brought snakes to scare a classmate. And now this?” she questioned.
“I didn’t intentionally do any of that. None of those things would’ve happened if they had just left me alone. I’m not the kind of girl who allows herself to be bullied,” I said firmly.
She banged her palms angrily on the desk, but I didn’t flinch—I was expecting that.
“I won’t tolerate any more nonsense from you. This was your last chance to prove you deserved to be a student at this college, but you blew it. You’ve been expelled, Ms. Nightshade!” she announced loudly.
“Give her another chance. She’s a good kid. She just hates being bullied,” my mom pleaded, but I got up from the chair, ready to leave.
“You don’t have to beg her, Mom. I don’t want to be here anyway,” I said and walked out of the office, leaving the gray-haired woman speechless.
I’m sure she expected me to apologize and beg not to be expelled, but I’m not the type to apologize unless I’ve done something wrong. And this time, I didn't. I was only defending myself from a scumbag.
My name is Aria Nightshade. I’m nineteen years old—a girl who has been kicked out of too many colleges in just two year. Spring-Crest College was the last school willing to take me in. And now, that’s over too.
Maybe it’s for the best. At least I won’t have classmates constantly trying to get on my nerves.
“Are you happy now? Spring-Crest College was the last school willing to accept you, and now you’ve been expelled!” my mom scolded as she entered the car and saw me with my feet on the dashboard, headphones on, completely unbothered.
“Are you even listening to me?!” she snapped when I didn’t respond.
I took off my headphones and smiled brightly at her.
“Seriously, Aria. Is this really the time to smile?!” she scolded again.
“Why, Mom? Would you have preferred if I let that creep rape me?” I asked.
“That’s not the issue here!” she snapped, then sighed. “Speaking of the creep… he got what he deserved,” she added in a calmer tone.
I chuckled. That’s my mom—she always has my back. But we’re completely different. She’s calm, and I’m the opposite. Sometimes I wonder where I got my fire from. Maybe from my dad, though I’ve never met him. Not even once. And whenever I ask, Mom always finds a way to change the topic until I eventually stop asking.
“But you’ve been expelled, Aria. You can’t go to college anymore,” she said, worries, lacing her voice.
“It’s nothing to worry about. College isn’t for me,” I said, resting my head against the headrest.
“Don’t think I’ll let you sit at home and do nothing. I’ll find a school for you—one that suits you perfectly,” she said, her eyes fixed on me like she already had a plan.
“Whatever, Mom,” I sighed, closing my eyes while she turned on the engine and drove us home.
A few days later, I was in my room lying on the bed with my headphones on and my feet against the wall when my mom rushed in, excitement all over her face.
“Aria!” she called loudly.
I took off my headphones when I saw her smile. “What’s with the excitement? Did you get a promotion at work?” I asked.
“No, I didn’t,” she answered with a grin, her smile growing wider.
“So… what’s got you smiling like that?”
“Pack up your things. I found a school that’s willing to accept you!” she squealed, clasping her hands together in excitement.
“But I thought no school is willing to accept me?” I asked, surprised.
“Well, it’s not in our town. It’s in a town called Velmora,” she replied.
“Velmora? What kind of town is that?” I asked, frowning in confusion.
“You don’t need to ask questions, Aria. Just pack your things. You’ll figure everything out once you get there,” she said with a mysterious smile.
“You mean right now? I should pack right now?” I asked, raising a brow.
“Yes. We’ll hit the road once you’re done packing.”
“What’s with the rush, Mom? I can go tomorrow… or the day after. Or even next month,” I said, pouting.
“Do you want to see me angry?” she asked, straight-faced.
I groaned and began packing, and just like she said, we hit the road as soon as I was ready.
“You’re going to love Eclipse Academy. It’s a great school—so is Velmora,” she said, smiling as she drove.
“You sound way too excited about this. You’re sending me to some random boarding school without warning. How do you expect me to adjust there?” I asked, clearly annoyed.
“You’re a strong girl, Aria. You can fit in anywhere. And once you become part of Eclipse Academy, you might figure out who you really are,” she said softly, brushing her fingers through my silver-white hair—it’s been like that since I was born.
I stared at her as she drove to this mysterious place called Velmora. I couldn’t understand what she meant by "figuring out who I really am." What is there to figure out about myself?
~ Aria's POV ~"You still haven’t heard from Lucian? It’s been two weeks since he left with Sybille, and he’s still not back," I muttered to Miss Hellcat, my voice thick with worry and frustration clawing in my chest."Is that why you weren’t paying attention during your teacher’s lecture?" she asked, her arms crossed, her brow arched. "Do you realize how important your training is?"I groaned, dragging my hands down my face, overwhelmed. The pressure in my chest felt like it was going to split me into two. "Lectures happen almost every day... but when someone dies, that’s it. They’re gone forever. You don’t get another chance to see them again.""I never said Lucian is dead," she corrected sharply."Then why is he not coming back here? How could you have trusted an old witch to be able to help him?""Sybille isn’t just some old witch, Aria. She’s his guardian. And for your information, Lucian is fine. He hasn’t returned because he’s still recovering.""How long will it take him to re
~ Aria's POV ~ A few monsters crowded inside Lucian’s room, their faces masked with concern as Miss Hellcat bent over Lucian’s pale, unconscious body. She examined him carefully, yet it was painfully obvious she had no clue what was wrong with him.My tears wouldn’t stop. They kept slipping down my cheeks, one after another, as I stared helplessly at Lucian. His skin was so pale, almost ghostly, and he looked... fragile. Like a delicate flame flickering in the wind.Miss Hellcat finally rose from the bed, her eyes drifting toward me. "What happened, Aria?" she asked.I shook my head because I was more than confused. "I don't know, Miss Hellcat. We were together and then he suddenly collapsed after the thunder," I answered."Liar!" Isolde’s voice sliced through the tension like a blade. She pushed her way through the others, her eyes full of venom. "You did something to Lucian, didn’t you? Just like you did to those dead vampires!""I didn't do anything to Lucian. I would never think
~ Aria's POV ~Lucian's lips pressed tightly together, almost like he was silently cursing himself for the words he had just said. All I did was stare at him, confused about how he was able to hear my thoughts."Do you need anything?" he asked, his voice no longer holding the playful charm I was used to. It sounded dull and guarded."Would you mind explaining how you're able to hear my thoughts?" I demanded, this time with more strength in my voice. I wanted him to know I wasn’t playing around."I don’t hear your thoughts, Little Sparkles," he said softly. "Why can’t you just believe me? How many times do I have to tell you—you’re the last person I would ever lie to. I’ll never lie to you." His voice was coated with sincerity… but his eyes, they told a different story."If you're not lying to me, then how come you can easily tell what I am thinking?" I pushed again, not willing to back down."I'm an Incubus. It's always easy to take a guess. Why would I even bother hearing your though
~ Aria's POV ~Lucian pressed his lips further into mine, wth a signal that I should open my mouth for him to enter. Everything was happening so fast. I thought he was joking, just teasing me like he always did, only for him to kiss me. His lips were hot, demanding, and hungry, moving over mine with a fire that made my knees tremble. I didn’t open my mouth right away. I couldn’t. I was still in shock, frozen by the intensity of it all."Open your mouth for me, Little Sparkles," he whispered into my lips, and I felt like I was under a spell. As if bewitched by his voice alone, I slowly parted my lips, granting him access. And the moment I did, he devoured me. He entered into my mouth, kissing me with full energy. He kissed me with a kind of energy I’d never felt before—raw, unfiltered, and filled with desire. His tongue collided with mine, hot and persuasive. He sucked on my lower lip, then deepened the kiss with expert precision. With every move he made, I longed for more.I tried to
~ Aria's POV ~I heaved a deep sigh as I walked back to my room, the guilt of lying to Raven pouring down on me like a relentless storm. He had left the school to attend to something—something he didn’t think I needed to know.Despite the lie I’d told, I still longed to be with him. I wanted more time with him. But he had to leave, just like he said."Don’t feel too guilty, Aria. It’s not like he’s your boyfriend. You didn’t cheat… You didn’t do anything wrong." I tried to reassure myself, but the guilt only settled deeper in my chest, coiling tightly like a vice. What if I continued with this lie, especially when I was falling for all three of them and couldn't go a day without thinking about them?I sighed again, pushed the door open, and entered the room, but I almost screamed out when I saw Callista and Darian making out—his hands roaming her body like he was about to tear her clothes off. They both shot apart like guilty teenagers caught in the act the moment they saw me. "Aria…
~ Aria's POV ~Just like Thorne had said, Kael came to get me as soon as he left."Is everything okay with Thorne?" I asked, with worry etched in my voice. When he left earlier, he didn't seem happy."Why would you think everything is not okay with him?" Kael returned."Because he wasn't really in a good mood when he left earlier. Will his father do something to him?" I asked."How should I know?" he shrugged dismissively."You’re going to be his second-in-command after he becomes Alpha, right? You’re his Beta. Don’t tell me you have no idea what’s going on," I said, my voice growing firmer."I don't. And even if I did, I wouldn't possibly tell you about it.""Why? Because I'm not a werewolf like the rest of you?""You should've thought about that before hanging out with Thorne.""What do you mean? What did Lyra say to Thorne's father? What is he going to do to Thorne?" I asked so many questions at once."I'd like it if you remained quiet, silver-white hair.""It's Aria!" I snapped, n
