Lance

The children prattled on about their pets on the way to the restaurant, telling us that they were familiars that had been in the Silver Light Coven Castle. They also go to Mayfield Manor, the local supernatural high school.

“So, how old are they?” I asked, amused. I had no idea that Raven had set them up with familiars.

Jase shrugged. “I have no idea. But they’ve been friends for a long time.”

His blond hair was getting darker now, and his features were starting to become more manly now. I saw the way he interacted with Adeline, and I wondered if he had a crush on her. I made a mental note to talk to him about it later. I was sure that Addie hadn’t reciprocated any feelings for him. I love this story. Layla is such a good person/vampire/ doctor/ mother, so kind and Lance ( wish there were men like him in my life. Hope they stop Raif and Selestra before they hurt anyone especially their children
