Alicia’s POV

Arnold stared from me to Alex and then he gulped. “Alex, you can’t deny that I gave you emotional support, can you?” He asked.

I blinked at him. “Emotional what?” I asked him. “Common, man. You’ve got to do better than that.”

“What are you saying?” Arnold asked me. “I gave him support. You know even though Alex was impulsive, I am the most stubborn one and he wouldn’t have been able to embark on the journey if I wasn’t by his side.”

I turned to Alex for confirmation and he shrugged. I rolled my eyes at him. What was he shrugging for? I needed more than that, but I sighed and faced Arnold, he had a victorious smirk on his face.
